Chelsea have officially confirmed the agreement of a transfer fee with PSG for the signing of David Luiz, who must now pass a medical and agree to terms.
The fee is expected to be in the £30million range just two years after Chelsea sold the Brazilian to Paris Saint-Germain for £50million, a world-record fee for a defender.
