Premier League City raise wages for Milner

According to "Caught Offside", Manchester City have offered James Milner weekly wages of £165,000 to stay with the club. Arsenal and Liverpool are unlikely to do they same, but can offer Milner the chance to play the centre-midfielder position on a first-team basis.
