Arsenal are getting closer to a deal for Atletico Madrid right-back Javi Manquillo, with the Gunners looking for competition with newly signed full-back Mathieu Debuchy. Manager Arsene Wenger wants the 20-year-old Spaniard on loan, with an option to buy next year.
