Premier League Dybala set for move within two weeks

Palermo president Maurizio Zamparini told "Metro" that forward Paulo Dybala is set to complete a move to a big-name club in the next two weeks as Arsenal and Manchester United are considered the favourites: "A team should close the signing of Dybala in the next 15 days. He will not go for less than €40million euros."
