West Brom midfielder Darren Fletcher told the club website he is not worried about fan concerns over his performances in the past two Premier League matches.
"As captain you have to look after your own performance first and foremost and make sure your passing, touch and awareness is where it needs to be.
"Of course, the fans are always entitled to their opinion. But I'm confident in myself and how much I give as captain of West Bromwich Albion on and off the field."
