West Ham United are planning a £12million bid for Ecuadorian striker Enner Valencia after the attacker impressed in Brazil, scoring all three of La Tri"s goals in the tournament. The 25-year-old led the Mexican league in goals this past season, scoring 18 goals in 23 matches for Pachuca.
