Manchester United have tabled a £25million bid for Roma midfielder Kevin Strootman as the Dutch talent has just begun his rehabilitation process for a serious knee injury sustained last season. Strootman is expected to recover by the new year, when United manager Louis Van Gaal hopes to capitalize.
