Stoke City manager Mark Hughes told the club website that forward Saido Berahino will be on the bench to face Crystal Palace but is close to regaining full match fitness: "He isn’t in a position to start for us tomorrow, but he will feature again in some capacity, just as he has done in the last two games.
“Hopefully with the benefit of the two-week break we have coming up, he will be ready to come through 90 minutes from the Tottenham game onwards.”
