Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino told the club website that defender Toby Alderweireld was taken off early Saturday due to tightness in his hamstring: “He felt tight in his hamstring but I don’t believe it’s a big issue. We’ll know better in a few days but it doesn’t look bad.”
