The "Daily Mail" report Chelsea will be signing Augsburg defender Abdul Rahman Baba for a total of £21.7 million. Chelsea will pay Augsburg £14 million for Baba, £3.5 million based on Chelsea's performances with Baba, £700,000 when he makes 20 appearances and another £3.5 million if he makes over 100 appearances. Baba has agreed to a five-year deal and is set to head to London for his medical.
